The invention relates to a mucking-out device with a slide, propelled by winding a drive cable onto a winding drum, whereby advantageous proportions and constructions of winding drum arrangements and a preferred drive device are disclosed, in which increased contamination of mucking-out devices may be taken account of in a simple and economical manner.
