METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING RESIN JOINT BOOT

A resin joint boot having a large diameter opening part of high dimensional accuracy is efficiently produced at an increased molding cycle achieved by reducing the number of production steps, extra labor, and cooling time. First, a large diameter opening (3) at one end of a bellows-like hollow section (2) is injection molded by injecting a molten resin (5) from an outlet gap (6) of an annular orifice nozzle (7) through a conical annular passage (14), formed by an auxiliary nozzle cap (8), into a cavity (11) of a draw-out unit (9). Subsequently, the draw-out unit is moved to form a tubular parison (15) and then the bellows-like hollow section and a small diameter opening (4) at the other end are integrally blow molded using a blow molding split die (10).
