<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming unit constituted so that the quality and reliability of the reproduced image forming unit can be secured, and that the image forming unit and/or an interchangeable body can be surely determined to have been used to the limit. <P>SOLUTION: A photoreceptor unit 3 is constituted of components such as a photoreceptor 2, an electrifying roller 21, a developing apparatus 22, and a cleaning apparatus 23, etc., so that the components can be integrally loaded/unloaded to/from the apparatus main body 1, and the photoreceptor unit is provided with an EEPROM 42 having a storage part for storing information on components to be replaced on reproducing the photoreceptor unit 3 and a storage part for storing reproduction information including the information on the components newly stored when the photoreceptor unit 3 is reproduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
