<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly convenient device which functions as a plurality of devices such as a double function device of an image display device and a partition. <P>SOLUTION: A partition TV comprises: a display panel 3 for displaying an image; a remote control interface for accepting operation input from a user; and a driving control section for moving the display panel 3 by driving an actuator. The driving control section changes the arrangement for the partition by moving the display panel 3, based on the operation input accepted by the remote control interface.
