<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cursor displaying method for center positioning wherein alignment of a positioning object is performed with respect to the true center position of the display screen, comprising even number of pixels in the vertical and horizontal directions, and to provide a component-mounting device that uses it. <P>SOLUTION: An example is shown which performs positioning of a nozzle tip in the display screen 71 of a display operation input device 69. The true center position 72 of the display screen 71, comprising even number of pixels in lengthwise and breadthwise directions, is sandwiched with pixel trains 73 (73-1, 73-2, 73-3, 73-4) of one line in each direction along with the above lines, cursor lines 74 (74-1, 74-2, 74-3, 74-4) are displayed, so that the true center 72 of the display screen 71 coincides with the center of an indication of cursor line 74. An operator makes a photographed image 48-1 which imaged the head of an adsorption nozzle 48 with a camera 38 for the parts recognition overlap the cursor line 74, and displays it on the display screen 71; while making a mounting head 37 move slightly in the direction of Y, and the direction of X, adjustment is performed so that the center of pickup image 48-1 of the head of suction nozzle 48 is aligned with the center of four corners of the cursor line 74, which is the true center 72 of the display screen 71. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
