<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor system which can improve the efficiency of noise rejection without upsizing noise rejection capacitors. <P>SOLUTION: The GND of noise rejection capacitors provided in filter circuits 3, 4, 5 is performed through a GND pad 3a. The GND pad 3a is provided separately from a GND pad 2b to which a GND wire of a signal processing circuit 2 is connected. The GND wire of the capacitors and the GND wire of the signal processing circuit 2 can be thereby routed to the GND pad 3a and the GND pad 2b, respectively. This allows a degree of freedom in the layout of each GND wire to be increased and allows each GND wire to be thickened. The GND wire of the filter circuits 3, 4, 5 is formed at an outer part 400a of an IC chip 400.
