PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron tube in which size and weight of the electron tube device are reduced, and furthermore in which a manufacturing cost can be reduced, and the electron tube device including its electron tube, as well as a manufacturing method of the electron tube device. SOLUTION: In a state that a refrigerant 13 is fully filled, by using an terminal end part 12d of an envelope of the electron tube positioned outside a housing, and up to a prescribed degree of vacuum in the electron tube, the electron tube can be evacuated between the housing 11 holding the electron tube main body 21 and the electron tube main body, and a sealing part can be inhibited from protruding outside the housing when the terminating end part 12d is sealed. By this, an assembling time in assembling the electron tube device 1 is reduced, and furthermore the size of the housing covering the electron tube main body and the weight of the whole electron tube device are reduced.
