PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an accurate offset compensation regardless of age variations or the like by renewing a compensation table indicating temperature variations of offset compensation values in a power steering controlling device. SOLUTION: Under a state that a motor driving current does not flow, an offset compensation section 20 calculates current detection values from current detecting circuits 120 and 121 as offset compensation values. The compensation table is updated by using a device temperature which is detected by a temperature sensor 119, and the offset compensation values.
