PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loop belt which achieves a higher freedom in the handling, higher portability and housing property and higher comfortability and safety along with a simple structure by getting a human body or an object held stably and safely when a baby, baggage or the like is held and carried. SOLUTION: The loop belt 1 has a support part 2 with a width W, a holding part 3 with the width, an integral multiple of the width W of the support part 2 and two opening parts 4. The holding part is divided into segments which are folded one upon another evenly with the width the same as the width W of the support part while each of the folded surfaces of the segments is securely connected to the end of the support part and the folded segments left present a recessed arcuate surface when they are developed based on each of the securely connected parts as the cardinal point.
