PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage detector for electrical systems that is of compact construction and yet capable of detecting voltages. SOLUTION: The input of a differential voltage detector (1) 512 is connected to a resistor (1) 510. The input of a differential voltage detector (2) 522 is connected to a resistor (2) 520. The input of a differential voltage detector (3) 532 is connected to a resistor (3) 530. ECU 600 detects the voltage between a first positive bus 500 and a negative bus 502 based on the difference between a voltage detected by the differential voltage detector (1) 512 and a voltage detected by the differential voltage detector (2) 522. The ECU 600 detects the voltage between a second positive bus 504 and the negative bus 502 based on the difference between a voltage detected by the differential voltage detector (2) 522 and a voltage detected by the differential voltage detector (3) 532.
