SOLUTION: The voltage supply circuit comprises a capacitor 502 having one end connected with terminal Out and the other grounded end and supplying a load with a holding voltage VLbetween both terminals, a capacitor 504 having one end connected with the terminal Out through a diode 506, and an operational amplifier 520 and a transistor 522 for pulling down the voltage CBKat the other end of the capacitor 504 as the voltage VLrises so that the voltage VLcoincides with a target voltage.
