PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control device of an air conditioner having a simple timer capable of easily setting the timer without requiring to set the complicated present time. SOLUTION: This remote control device has a real time timer having a turning-off real time timer 39 and a turning-on real time timer 40 for setting the timer by setting the present time, and the simple timer having a simple turning-off timer 27 and a simple turning-on timer 26 for setting the timer without setting the present time. In this case, in a combination of the simple timer and the real time timer, when the combining timers are an operational combination of the same turning-on timers 26 and 40 or an operational combination of the same turning-off timers 27 and 39, a previously set timer is released from the setting, and only a subsequently set timer is set.
