PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve portability and usability of a portable information processing device. SOLUTION: The information display device comprises a pair of main ribs 12a, 12b located at both ends, two or more ribs 15 provided in between the main ribs, a linchpin 16 for pivotally fixing these main ribs and ribs at their root parts being freely turnable, and a fan face 14 which is jointed to the ribs between the paired main ribs and fan-folded like bellows so as to be freely openable; and at least part of the fan face is composed of an organic EL planar display 30 formed on a soft, flexible thin film.
