PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polymer composition having excellent pinholing resistance, rigidity and tear strength and a film. SOLUTION: The polymer composition comprises (A) 85-15 wt.% of an ethylene-based copolymer that comprises a monomer unit derived from ethylene and a monomer unit derived from a 3-12Cα-olefin, has 0.5-30g/10 minutes melt flow rate, 885-900kg/m<SP>3</SP>density and≤0.5 coefficient of variation of composition distribution and (B) 15-85 wt.% of an ethylene-based copolymer that comprises a monomer unit derived from ethylene, and a monomer unit derived from a 3-12Cα-olefin and has 0.5-30g/10 minutes melt flow rate and 920-935kg/m<SP>3</SP>density. The polymer composition has difference in density between the component (A) and the composition (B) of 20-35kg/m<SP>3</SP>and 905-915kg/m<SP>3</SP>density.
