PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat air conditioner for a vehicle applicable to a thin seat without sacrificing sitting comfort. SOLUTION: A hanging groove 11 extending along a seat width direction is formed on an upper surface of an occupant sitting region of a cushion main body 5 of a seat cushion 2. A seat surface material 6 is drawn into the hanging groove 11 and the seat surface material 6 is fixed to a bottom part of the hanging groove 11 by a locking metal fitting, etc. An air blowing device 17 for air conditioning is arranged in a side support part 8. A blowoff part 21 of the air blowing device 17 is connected to an extension space 15 of the seat width direction generated between the hanging groove 11 and the seat surface material 6.
