A processor (2) comprises an analog circuit block (6), a digital circuit block (7), a housing (12) containing these components and functioning as a conductive shield member, and a connector (13) incorporated in the housing (12) and having a function for electrically connecting with the housing (12) and a first ground terminal (6a) of the analog circuit block (6), etc. Since a noise signal being generated from the analog circuit block (6) has a low level as compared with that from the digital circuit block (7), the housing (12) holds a stabilized potential when it is connected electrically with the first ground terminal (6a) of the analog circuit block (6) and functions more effectively as a conductive shield member. Consequently, leakage to the outside of a noise signal being generated at the time of driving the internal electronic circuit of an electronic apparatus, e.g. a receiver, is suppressed effectively. |
