The device is assembled of a base (1), a guide element (2), a blade holding device (3) and at least two circular blades with differently shaped cutting edges. The holding element (3) can be slid along the guide bar (2) and rotated in order to move the appropriate blade into a cutting position. A detent acting in combination with the holding device (3) and joined to a helical spring is located at the guide (2). When the blade holder (3) is rotated clockwise another blade is moved into a position for use.
