A service logistic computer system has service stations (21-23;25) for coordination of the sequential customer states forming the service sequences. At the service stations (21-23;25) facilities for adopting the actual customer states are provided for the service logistic computer system, and display devices are set up to show the amount of usage of the stations (21-23;25) taking place, and comprise the number of customers and the actual customer states at the respective stations (21-23;25). Adoption units with a transponder reading appliance (33) are used for reading the identification codes from customer transponder cards. An independent claim is included for a room management system with processing logistic computer system.
