<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring circuit board which can secure a wide connection area while preventing a short circuit between terminals, and which contains the terminals surely connected to external terminals via molten metal. <P>SOLUTION: On a support substrate 2, a base insulation layer 3 is so formed that insulating recess portions 13 may be formed in portions where external connection terminals 8 are to be formed. On the base insulation layer 3, a conductor pattern 4 is so formed that a plurality of interconnections 4a, 4b, 4c, and 4d and magnetic head-side connection terminals 7 and the external connection terminals 8 may be integrally formed and conductive concave portions 9 may be formed in the external connection terminals 8. Thereafter, a cover insulation layer 10 is formed on the base insulation layer 3 so that the magnetic head-side connection terminals 7 and the external connection terminals 8 may be exposed.
