<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a process for making a flexography master printing plate using an easy-to-harden (fast-drying) and injectable fluid. <P>SOLUTION: This is the manufacturing process of a flexography master printing plate where an easy-to-harden(fast-drying) and injectable ink is jet spouted (b) to a prepared ink-receptive plate surface (a). The easy-to-harden (fast-drying) and injectable fluid contains at least one sort of optical-initiators, at least one sort of monofunctional monomers, and has at least 5% of elongation at break after hardened, has a storage modulus E' smaller than 200 mPa at 30 Hz, and also contains at least 5 weight% of polyfunctional monomer or oligomer and at least 5 weight% plasticizer, both of which weight are to be measured based on an aggregated weight of the easy-to-harden (fast-drying) and injectable fluid which can realize a layer of having less than 10% of volumetric shrinkage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
