PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tab terminal for an electrolytic capacitor, even when the electrode foil is wound with a high tensile force, it can be wound without damage and at high density. SOLUTION: This tab terminal for an electrolytic capacitor is constituted of a round bar part, a rolled part formed, by working the round bar part like a flat shape and a leader welded into the round bar part; and the rolled part is formed into a bent shape.
