PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an integration wind-up and to enable application of a conventional parameter adjusting method and automatic adjusting function. SOLUTION: The control system comprises control deviation calculation parts 23-1 to 23-3; a control deviation conversion part 26 converting three control deviations to a value obtained by linearly combining each control deviation by a state quantity conversion matrix; weight coefficient setting parts 27-1 to 27-3 multiplying each converted control deviation by a weight coefficient corresponding thereto; a reverse matrix reconversion part 28 reconverting each control deviation multiplied by the weight coefficient by the reverse matrix of the state quantity conversion matrix; control arithmetic parts 25-1 to 25-3 calculating an operation quantity of each control loop based on each reconverted control deviation; and a matrix correction part 32 adaptively correcting the state quantity matrix and the reverse matrix so that the control arithmetic part of a control loop not restricted in control is further strongly requested to control the disorder of relative control deviations.
