PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately set a moving range of an object for a stopper action by saving a space without imposing limitation on setting of the moving range. SOLUTION: Stopper projecting parts 36, 37, 38 are provided in a ring gear 31 and a rotating/revolving planetary gear 34, and the stopper projecting part 38 of the planetary gear 34 draws a cycloid track due to rotation/revolution of the planetary gear 34.
