PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To crush an asbestos tube with extra-high pressure water without dispersing asbestos powder dust to the outside. SOLUTION: In a method of removing the embedded asbestos tube, an extra-high pressure hose 14 connected to an extra-high pressure water jetting device 13 provided with a rotary jet nozzle, is held to be freely delivered into the asbestos tube 1 and withdrawn from the asbestos tube 1. The extra-high pressure water jetting device 13 and the extra-high pressure hose 14 are inserted from the upper opening of the asbestos tube 1, and extra-high pressure water is jetted from the extra-high pressure water jetting device 13 to crush the asbestos tube 1. In this case, the upper opening 1c of the asbestos tube 1 is sealed with an asbestos tube upper part sealing implement 16 equipped with a seal insertion part of the extra-high pressure hose 14, and a suction hose 18 connected to the asbestos tube upper part sealing implement 16 is connected to a reduced pressure dust collector 17. When crushing the asbestos tube 1 by the extra-high pressure water jetting device 13, asbestos powder dust is sucked and removed by the reduced pressure dust collector 17 to prevent the dispersion of the asbestos powder dust to the outside of the tube.
