PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spouted pouch for use principally in sealed packaging of a liquid food, which pouch is handy and sanitary in giving the liquid food to a patient or the like, and is also handy and sanitary in filling with water for the patient after the food is given. SOLUTION: The spouted pouch is formed by attaching the spout consisting of a plastic molded body to a part of the periphery of the pouch made of a laminated film. The spout is composed of a spout base bonded to the pouch by heat, a thin-mouthed nozzle which is screwed on the spout base, and a cap which is fitted on the nozzle to close it. The spout base includes a center cylinder, a wide-mouthed upper cylindrical part having a funnel function, and a lower adhesive base. The cylinder is provided with an inner closure board which can be cut by a circular thin-walled part. The nozzle has a cutter on its lower part, which cutter is allowed to cut and lock the closure board as the nozzle is adjusted in its depth in screwing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
