PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction control device for an endoscope, having a simple structure. SOLUTION: The device has a body 18 comprising a body portion 17 having a tubular body portion 15 and a shaft hole 16 and a moving element 19 having a piston portion 31 disposed inside the tubular portion 15 and a shaft portion 32 disposed inside the shaft hole 16. A distal end portion side suction hole 23 connected to the distal end portion of the endoscope and a suction side suction hole 26a connected to a suction source are bored in the body 18, The moving element 19 is constituted so as to be able to move between a standby position P1 where the distal end portion side suction hole 23 and the suction side suction hole 26a do not communicate and a suction position where the distal end portion side suction hole 23 and the suction side suction hole 26a communicate via a gap formed between the upper face of the piston portion 31 and the lower face of the tubular body portion 15.
