PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural implement made as capable of surely performing the up and down operations of its ground-leveling device and the on and off operations of its power for the ground-leveling device. SOLUTION: This agricultural implement equipped with a transplanting device 31 supported by a traveling machine body 11 as freely lifted up and down, and the ground-leveling device 51 arranged between the traveling machine body 11 and the transplanting device 31, and also lifted up and down as moving jointly with the transplanting device 31 is provided by installing a mediating clutch 73 at a power transmission device 71 for transmitting the power from the traveling machine body 11 to the ground-leveling device 51, a lifting up and down device 61 for lifting up and down the ground-leveling device between a working position and non-working position at its descended position as moving jointly with the transplanting device 31, and one piece of an operating means 85 for on and off-operating the clutch 73 and up and down-operating the lifting up and down means 61. The operating means 85 makes the lifting up and down means 61 move jointly with the clutch so that the on-operating position of the clutch 73 becomes the working position of the lifting means.
