PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variation in ink ejection characteristics by polarizing the region of a piezoelectric sheet held between the peripheral electrode and the common electrode, and the region held between the discrete electrode and the common electrode substantially equally. SOLUTION: A plurality of pressure chambers are formed in a channel unit. An actuator unit 42 comprises discrete electrodes 60 formed oppositely to respective pressure chambers, peripheral electrodes 65 separated to the outside in each arranging direction of the plurality of discrete electrodes 60, and a common electrode. A piezoelectric sheet 91 is arranged between the plurality of discrete electrodes 60 and the plurality of peripheral electrodes 65 and the common electrode. Respective regions of the piezoelectric sheet 91 opposing the peripheral electrodes 65 and the discrete electrodes 60 are polarized equally.
