A method of producing a multilayer information recording medium that includes at least two information recording layers and intermediate layers disposed between adjacent information recording layers, comprising the step of disposing a photosensitive adhesive sheet (300) containing UV-curing oligomer and adhesive polymer on a specified information recording layer (102), the step of pasting a transfer substrate (111) having an uneven surface as an information surface and the photosensitive adhesive sheet together to transfer information of the transfer substrate onto the photosensitive adhesive sheet, the step of curing the photosensitive adhesive sheet after the information transfer to use the photosensitive adhesive sheet as an intermediate layer (103), and the step of releasing the transfer substrate from the intermediate layer and then forming another information recording layer (104) on the intermediate layer, characterized in that the photosensitive adhesive sheet has a layer structure including a first resin film (301) and a second resin film (302) as the outer-most films, and the content (wt.%) of UV-curing oligomer in the second resin film in contact with the transfer substrate is higher than the content (wt.%) of UV-curing oligomer in the first resin layer in contact with a specified information recording layer.
