The invention relates to pumping engineering, mainly to well jet devices for extracting oil from wells. The inventive method for operating a well jet device consists in carrying out the well hydraulic fracturing and a secondary drilling of the productive formation by means of powder charges in such a way that vertical fractures are formed in the well bore area, in draining the well, producing a depression, in measuring a formation pressure and in recording a composition, in pumping out the hydraulic fracturing fluid and in, subsequently, measuring and recording a build-up curve of the formation pressure. Afterwards, preventive maintenance operations for bringing the well into production are carried out. The inventive device comprises a pipe string, a two-sectional support provided with transfer ports disposed in the top section and with axial two-stage through channel having seats in each section, wherein the arrangement of an ejecting unit and a locking insert is provided for the top section of the support. Said invention makes it possible to intensify works for well surveying, testing and preparing.
