<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer optical information recording medium for raising reflectance while maintaining light transmittance of individual recording films high and improving optical efficiency of recording and reproducing light. <P>SOLUTION: A recording film 200 of a multilayer optical information recording medium having a plurality of recording films has a laminating selection layer 210 for alternatively laminating Ag-O layers 212 and 214 and SiO layers 211 and 213 repeatedly and a recording material layer 230. By thermal energy transmitted by the recording material layer 230 heated by radiation of a laser beam 250, high reflection part is formed in the Ag-O layers 212 and 214 and the light efficiency of the recording and reproducing light is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
