PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic broadcast device for confirming or determining a fault in automatic broadcast or a cause of non-sounding promptly when the automatic broadcast doesn't sound. SOLUTION: In the state of a broadcast output failure in an automatic broadcast device, error information is left as an indication or as a history and a broadcast output result is taken in manner of feed-back to classify the cause in research. At the same time, an input broadcast drive condition and the broadcast output result are compared with each other, and the indication of lighting blink on a display unit, an indication on a vehicle monitor and a log output to a memory unit are carried out in this method.
