PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an output image in which not only color moire between CMK colors but also color moire between a Y color and the CMK colors are not perceived visually. SOLUTION: A color moire score computer 1 selects a combination of four dither matrices (a dither set), from multiple kinds of dither matrices stored in a dither matrix storage 2, and computes a color moire score.
