PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive rubber roller, such as a transfer roller, a charging roller, and a developing roller, which small environmental variation in resistance value and is reduced in resistance variation resulting from long-time power supply, and a transfer roller composed of the conductive rubber roller. SOLUTION: Disclosed is the conductive rubber roller which has a rubber layer formed around a conductive core material, the conductive rubber roller being characterized in that the rubber layer contains 75 to 99.5 mass pts. acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber containing 15 to 43 mass% nitrile and a 25 to 0.5 mass pts. polyethylene oxide-polypropylene oxide-acrylglycidyl ether ternary copolymer for a 100 mass pts. polymer in a rubber material.
