PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism of general-purpose in-apparatus information monitoring. SOLUTION: Information of an apparatus used as an in-apparatus information monitoring object is classified into four types such as specific information 330, setting information 340, status information 360, and event information 370; a list of respective apparatuses is managed by using an in-apparatus information monitoring table; and a list of monitoring items of each apparatus is managed by using a specific information list table 330, a setting information list table 340, a status information list table 360 and an event information list table 370. An in-apparatus information monitoring part 112a is realized by using a system class 310, a constituent apparatus class 320, a specific information class 330, a setting information class 340, a use apparatus class 350, a status information class 360, an event information class 370, and a certificate class 380, and respective objects are generated on the basis of the in-apparatus information monitoring table and the respective list tables.
