PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conceal operation on a database and to allow a user to use a database only by describing a request according to a predetermined format for easy development of application using the database. SOLUTION: When a user to operate the database is limited by user identification, a highly safe system server, which is opened to the public on the Web, is provided. The system server executes an operation request described according to description specifications, which are described by general notation and designate operation on the database.
