PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for packaging hen's eggs which gives no surprise or neither an unpleasant feeling nor a dirty feeling because of existing of a dead body of an insect and a dust in dented supports formed on a lid body. SOLUTION: The container made of a resin sheet for packaging the hen's eggs is formed by integrally connecting a container main body 1 equipped with individual recessed parts 11 for storing lower half parts of the hen's eggs and a lid body 2 equipped with recessed parts 21 for covering the upper faces of the hen's eggs on their one side parts through a hinge part 3 so as to be freely foldable and piled. The lid body 2 is equipped with the dented supports 22 at sites corresponding to support parts 12 formed at the central part of four individual recessed parts 11 in the container main body 1 in a lid closing posture. These dented supports 22 are equipped with partition step parts 24 connected with at least one side wall parts 23a and 23b being parallel to the hinge part 3 of the lid body 2. Parts 25 among the dented supports 22 and the side wall parts 23a and 23b on the partition step parts 24 form approximately the same face as the top plate face 26 forming the recessed part 21 on the lid body 2.
