PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a seat bracket equipped with an enhanced mounting rigidity. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the seat bracket is equipped with a floor panel 6 furnished with a mounting position 8 for a seat, and behind the mounting position, with a kickup part 10 rising upward, side panels extending upward beside the seat mounting position, and the seat bracket 26 for mounting the seat on the floor panel, wherein the seat bracket is furnished with a floor panel joining part 27 to be joined with the floor panel, a side panel joining parts 32 and 34 to be joined with the side panels, and a kickup joining part 36 to be joined with the kickup part.
