PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft resin composition which gives formed articles having excellent flexibility, impact resistance, thermal fusibility to styrenic resins and propylenic resins, and furthermore heat sealability to propylenic resins. SOLUTION: This soft resin composition is characterized by comprising 20 to 75 mass% of a styrenic polymer (A), 20 to 60 mass% of a soft olefinic resin (B), and 5 to 20 mass% of an aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene block copolymer and/or its hydrogenation product (C) [based on 100 mass% of the total amount of the components (A) to (C)], wherein the component (B) comprises 30 to 100 mass% of an amorphous olefinic polymer (B1) and 0 to 70 mass% of a crystalline olefinic polymer (B2) [based on 100 mass% of the component (B)], and the total amount of a dispersed particle component in the component (A) and the aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene block copolymer and/or its hydrogenation product (C) is≥18 mass% [based on 100 mass% of the total amount of the components (A) and (C)].
