PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film sheet feeding mechanism improved in wide use by easily coping with various kinds of film sheets, and to provide a heat developing and recording device with the same. SOLUTION: A feeding arm 310 for taking the film sheet F has a pinch roller holder 68, which has a pinch roller for pinching the film sheet F to carry it between a feeding roller at a film supply position, and a film sucking means for sucking the film sheet F to hold it. Fitting hole position of the pinch roller holder 68 and the film sucking means to the feeding arm 310 are displaced forward and backward in the moving direction of the feeding arm 310, and fitting holes are previously provided at different positions in response to the size of the film sheets F.
