PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To link various necessities for radiography mutually and automatically to enable the monistic treatment of those data acquired so that the maneuverability is improved and a simple and precise operation can be executed. SOLUTION: The examination information 44 on an examination (the radiography) executed on an examination day which is displayed by a "date" button 39 is displayed on an appointment registration confirming screen 30, and by selecting one of the examination information 44, details (the information on a patient and a technique, or the like) of the examination information 44 can be confirmed or amended. By operating an "additional patient" button 48, a screen to enable the input of the necessary information on a new patient is displayed, and by operating a "photographic screen" button 49, a screen for the confirmation of the technique for the patient corresponding to the selected examination information, the indication of the commencement of the photography and the execution of the confirmation of the image of the photographic result can be displayed.
