PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric food processor improving preservation performance of a processed object after crushing and cutting and improving the usability. SOLUTION: This electric cooker is provided with a container 1 having a seal member 2 detachably attached to an opening part 1a; a container base (not shown in the figure) incorporating a cutter (not shown in the figure) rotatingly driven by a motor (not shown in the figure), mounted with the container 1 by thread fitting and mounted on a body (not shown in the figure); and a container cover 3 freely mounted on the opening part 1a. The container cover 3 is provided with a pouring lip 4 for the processed object 18 and a lid 7 opening/closing the pouring lip 4. This constitution allows the container 1 to be used as a preservation container as it is, prevents the spill of the processed object 18 in the container 1, even when the container is fallen or shaken, the damage of the food by being touched with the outside air, or the mixing with foreign objects, and allows the user to smoothly take out the processed object 18 by pouring it from the pouring lip 4 without sticking the processed object 18 to the outer face of the container 1.
