The information carrier comprises a monitor (1) and a playback device (4), and is fixed to the rear face of front seat headrest (2). The playback device may be a media player and/or a computer. The information carrier is connected to a taxi meter (5). The playback of the videoclips starts with a delay of 10 seconds after starting of the taxi meter. The videoclips are updated by an external device, preferably a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN). The information carrier is connected to a Global Positioning System.
