<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To radiate efficiently heat generation in a heat generation source and to keep easily and highly accurately position relation of a semiconductor laser and a light receiving element, in an optical device in which the light receiving element (PDIC) incorporating an amplifying arithmetic circuit, especially, compatible with a high output semiconductor laser and high-multiple speed used for recording operation is integrated integrally. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser 5 is arranged by abutting a plane of an active layer side to a surface part of a wiring substrate 1. A light receiving element substrate 4 is arranged by abutting a plane of a side at which a light receiving plane of a light receiving element is provided to a back part of the wiring substrate 1. An optical path conversion mirror 6 is arranged at a plane of a side at which the light receiving plane of the light receiving element of the light receiving element substrate 1 is provided, and positioned in an opening part provided at the wiring substrate 1. Distance from a light emitting point 5a of the semiconductor laser 5 to the plane of the side at which the light receiving plane of the light receiving element is provided is regulated by thickness of the wiring substrate 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
