<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an original plate for planographic printing, which enables printing to be done without the performance of processing, after exposure, which hardly causes print stain, and which is excellent in plate wear. <P>SOLUTION: This original plate for planographic printing comprises a hydrophilic layer and a substrate; the hydrophilic layer includes a photothermal conversion agent and a microcapsule wherein a hydrophobic compound is encapsulated; and a shell of the microcapsule is formed by reaction of a silane coupler with molecule containing an active hydrogen atom, a polyfunctional isocyanate, and a compound containing two or more active hydrogen atoms. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
