<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a high quality crystal silicon particle stably and to provide a photoelectric converter or a photovoltaic generator exhibiting excellent mass productivity or low cost performance. <P>SOLUTION: A crystal semiconductor particle 101 can be produced by repeating a step for introducing a base plate 102 mounting a large number of semiconductor particles 101 on the upper surface into a heating furnace and thermally fusing the semiconductor particles 101, and a step for solidifying the fused semiconductor particles 101 while directing upward from the base plate 102 side two times or more.
