<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for routing of document processing operation which reduce processing time of a plurality of processing jobs, and reduce frustration of users relating to a multiple function peripheral device which processes the jobs when processing of a job is impossible. <P>SOLUTION: The object of the invention is the system and the method for routing of the document processing operation, in more detail, so that one job in a processing queue which is incapable to be processed, does not obstruct other job processing in the queue. The routing system of the document processing operation is characterized to be provided with a means to receive signals representing a plurality of the document processing operations, a means to receive an exception control signal showing a specific document processing operation which is impossible to be completely processed at present out of a plurality of document processing operations, a supervisory control signal creation means which creates a supervisory control signal which mediates a specific document processing operation so as to remove the specific document processing operation which becomes obstacle of processing of the rest document processing operations in a plurality of the document processing operations, and a means to create an operation control signal which creates a operation control signal for control of the specific document processing after reception of the exception control signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
