摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an integration wind-up and to enable application of a conventional parameter adjusting method and automatic adjusting function. SOLUTION: A weighting average value of state quantity of each control loop is regarded as a reference state quantity and a state quantity controlled so that a relative quantity from the reference state quantity maintains a prescribed value is regarded as a tracking state quantity. A control system comprises a weighting calculation part 11 correcting the weighting of the weighting average value so that the operation part of a loop weighting average value of state quantity of each control loop not restricted in control of arithmetic parts 4-1, 4-2 and 4-3 controlling tracking state quantities is further strongly requested to control the disorder of relative quantities, and calculation parts 6-1, 6-2 and 6-3 converting control arithmetic input values inputted to the arithmetic parts to internal input values. The calculation parts 6-1, 6-2, and 6-3 calculate the internal input values by regarding the internal input values as sums of a 1st element for the reference state quantity and a 2nd element for the relative quantity, elements of the input values for control operation for the reference state quantity as the 1st elements, and values obtained by multiplying the elements of the input values for control operation for the relative quantity by a prescribed 1st coefficient as the 2nd elements.
