PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a concrete skeleton of good quality around a floor by securing a sufficient span allowance to lay a deck plate on PC beams or the like, and to enhance the safety of concrete work. SOLUTION: A steel plate is bent to form a deck plate body 1 with length L<SB>0</SB>and width D<SB>0</SB>, and ribs 4, 4 of upward projecting shape are formed along a length direction. Trapezoidal cutouts 10, 10 with length L<SB>1</SB>from an edge 3 are formed between the ribs 4, 4 at both ends in the length direction. The cutouts 10 are formed between the ribs 4, 4 to form the deck plate 15 used laid between the PC beams, for instance. At this time, the span allowance 20 with a length L<SB>13</SB>(=L<SB>1</SB>+L<SB>14</SB>) including the cutouts 10 is locked and placed on the end part upper face of the PC beam.
