PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage case for a DVD or the like structured to be capable of unlocking a plurality of locking mechanisms together and formed in a size approximately the same as a standard DVD case or the like. SOLUTION: A storage case 11 consists of a body 12 in which an information recording medium is stored, a lid 14 formed to be unifiable with the body 12 via a hinge 13, and a locking plate 15 to be inserted into the unified body 12 and the lid 14 to lock their unified posture.
